There’s a set of tools out now that let you snipe out blogs for when they make a new post. You’ll know much quicker then RSS as to when they make the post so you can be the first commenter! This is highly beneficial if used in the right ways…
- Don’t be first everytime
- Leave a valuable comment that will make people want to know more about you
- Look for posts that are relative or that you can make relative to your website
- It must be a blog that gets commented a lot

The Google Adwords Site Targeting program lets you create the same type of ads as you would for a normal keyword targeted campaign, but now you get to pick almost any site in the content network to place that ad on…Without needing permission from the site owner!
I have used Site Targeting for almost 6 months now and have seen incredible results with it. Here is a free copy of a case study I wrote on site targeting about 3 months ago.
